Custom 5L Syrup Concentrate

Have you found your perfect blend of our flavours? Tired of mixing it up yourself? Well, now you can get us to mix up your syrup concoction for you!

Ok ok, now that's out of our system, here's the deal: If you use our syrup products to mix up your own special blend and would like us to make it up for you in a 5L size bottle so you can just pour and go, then this product is for you.

You can choose up to 5 of our flavours, let us know how much of each flavour to use, and we will custom make the product just for you. At this time, we are limited to doing this in 5L quantities only, but if a particular flavour blend is popular, we may just offer it as a stock line in all of our sizes!

How to order:

Step 1: Ordering is simple, from the dropdown boxes on the right, select the flavours you would like us to mix. You can choose up to 5 flavours. If you are using less than 5 flavours, just leave the remaining boxes as the default value.

Step 2: During checkout, there is a box provided for any comments you wish to leave regarding your order. In this box, let us know the amounts of each flavour you would like in the mix (see examples below).

Step 3: Double check your order and order comments. Once the order is placed, our staff will follow the instructions as provided.

Step 4: Confirm your order and proceed with payment as per usual. Once your payment has cleared, your order will then be made up within two working days and sent on its way to you to enjoy!

Order Examples:

1. If you are using a pump to dispense the product, and you use 1 pump of Flavour A, 2 pumps of Flavour B, and half a pump of Flavour C, let us know exactly that.
2. If you use a measuring cup to measure the product, and you use 15mL of Flavour A, 10mL of Flavour B, and 20mL of Flavour C, let us know exactly that.
3. If you use some handy spoon or other such implement to measure, and you use 1 part of Flavour A, 5 parts of Flavour B, and 3 parts of Flavour C, let us know exactly that.

If you have any questions or doubts about how to place the order, please Contact us before ordering so that we can make sure we get your order right. We cannot refund or accept returns of custom orders due to the flavour not being "right", so please ensure that your measurements are correct and in a format that we can duplicate accurately.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: If I order say Banana as the first flavour, and Banana as the second flavour, will the resulting syrup be twice as strong?

A: No it will not be twice as strong. It would be like mixing two 750mL bottles of syrup together: Not stronger, just 1.5L of it.

Q: What is the best way to figure out what sort of mix I might like?

A: Probably the easiest way to experiment with mixing different flavours is to buy several of our 100mL Samplers and go from there.

Q: How accurate do I have have to be with measurements so that I can let you know my desired mix?

A: As accurate as possible in measurements that we can understand and duplicate.

Good: Measurements in parts, pumps, mL, or any other consitant measurement.
Good: 1 pump of Flavour A and 2 pumps of Flavour B.
Good: 5 parts of Flavour A, 1 part of Flavour B, and 4 parts of Flavour C.

Bad: 1 measure of Flavour A using nan's hand crafted spoon, 2 measures of flavour B using pop's old pottery mug, and a dash of Flavour C.
Bad: 50mL of Flavour A, 2 parts of Flavour B, and 3 pumps of Flavour C.
Bad: Can I have a dash of Flavour A mixed with a good pour of Flavour B and a splash of Flavour C.

Q: What are some good combinations?

That depends entirely on your taste, that's why we have provided the custom option! However, some examples of flavours that might go together are:

* Chocolate and Strawberry
* Chocolate, Caramel, and Vanilla
* Chocolate and Peppermint
* Orange Mango and Passionfruit

What ratios would you use for the above? Depends on your taste. We recommend that you buy a few of the 100mL samplers that you think might go together well, and experiment a little to find your favorite mix. Once your have done that, let us know and we can make it up!
